No questions asked. The participants further agree that all refunds will be paid in full not through charge backs, but by a company check from Rich Dreams Publishing or credit card refunds within 30 days of reciept of your returned and completed work book.

Participant hereby agrees that any disputes between the parties to this agreement which involves interpretations of the terms of this agreement shall be submitted to mediation, and that any mediation or litigation resulting from a dispute will be conducted in California and decided according to the provisions of California law.

We offer a 90 Day Guarantee with Quantum Selling. 90 Days starts from date of shipment.

To request a return:

* RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for all returns
* Go to http://www.richdreams.com/support to request an RMA
* Quantum Selling returns must include a completed written 60 day logbook
* Include original invoice with RMA number on it
* Shipping cost or COD costs are not refunded
* Items returned without an invoice will be issued a credit towards future purchases.
* Items returned without an RMA, 60 day logbook, and/or all original materials in saleable condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

* Instant Abundance Toolkit returns must include a completed written workbook
* Include original invoice with RMA number on it
* Shipping cost or COD costs are not refunded
* Items returned without an invoice will be issued a credit towards future purchases
* Items returned without an RMA, workbook, and/or all original materials in saleable condition will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
